Coaching fast-tracks the process of skills training, competence and confidence building.

First,  we build a plan.

And then we hold weekly (at least) online sessions with teaching and coaching on my part; homework, practice and dry runs on the coachee’s part. The dry runs and homework are critical components. Coachees are expected to participate fully and enthusiastically. Then we’ll get the results we’re both looking for.

The result: a structured approach the coachee can use to create and execute effective demos that sell. With the flexibility to tailor to the individual prospect.
1:1 coaching provides tailoring to the individual that no group training can provide. And it can fast-track the learning curve immensely.
